My Biography

Matt Osborne founded Osborne Security and Education Consultants to help individuals, families, schools, churches, businesses, and community professionals become more confident, prepared, and aware in everyday life.
Matt served a 12-year career with the Central Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Department of State, including overseas tours in Mexico, Venezuela, and Spain. During his government service, he completed specialized training in firearms safety, personal security, and situational awareness.
After his government career, Matt worked in the nonprofit sector supporting law enforcement efforts to combat child sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Today, Matt brings that experience to practical, approachable training designed for real people in real situations. His goal is to help students learn how to protect themselves and others in a safe, empowering, and engaging environment.

Real estate professionals often meet unfamiliar people in unfamiliar places — open houses, vacant properties, private showings, model homes, and new developments. OSEC helps realtors improve their situational awareness, personal safety habits, and confidence when working in the field.
